Jeremy Le’s 15-year career in healthcare is driven by a strong commitment to creating
positive change through service. For the past seven years, he has focused on senior
housing, where his work has deepened his dedication to resident care and sharpened
his understanding of the unique needs of individuals living with dementia.

Jeremy serves on the board of the Georgia Senior Living Association and was
appointed by the Lieutenant Governor to the Georgia Council on Aging, where he
advocates for the well-being of seniors throughout the state. Through his work at Albert’s House, Jeremy has spoken with hundreds of families about their caregiving journeys and has directly assisted over a hundred families in navigating end-of-life decisions, offering guidance and support during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Drawing on his extensive experience in the healthcare field, he will share actionable advice, practical tools, and valuable resources to help plan effectively, make informed decisions, and address your most pressing questions.
