Virtual Aging Parents hosted by SLPs

Caring for aging parents is a deeply personal journey that comes with a unique set of emotional, financial, and logistical challenges. To support you in navigating this complex stage of life, EO Atlanta is hosting an impactful virtual event featuring eldercare expert, founder of Albert's House, and EO Atlanta member, Jeremy Le.

Jeremy Le’s 15-year career in healthcare is driven by a strong commitment to creating
positive change through service. For the past seven years, he has focused on senior
housing, where his work has deepened his dedication to resident care and sharpened
his understanding of the unique needs of individuals living with dementia.

Jeremy serves on the board of the Georgia Senior Living Association and was
appointed by the Lieutenant Governor to the Georgia Council on Aging, where he
advocates for the well-being of seniors throughout the state. Through his work at Albert’s House, Jeremy has spoken with hundreds of families about their caregiving journeys and has directly assisted over a hundred families in navigating end-of-life decisions, offering guidance and support during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Drawing on his extensive experience in the healthcare field, he will share actionable advice, practical tools, and valuable resources to help plan effectively, make informed decisions, and address your most pressing questions. Whether you're just beginning this journey or actively managing care, this session will equip you with the confidence, clarity, and support needed to ensure your loved ones receive the care they deserve.

Open to Members, Accelerators, SLPs, and SAPs
