• Departures at leisure anytime after 8:00pm on November 17th

• November 15th: Arrivals, Learning Day (afternoon start), social & dinner 

• November 16th: Forum mashups, activity & dinner 

• November 17th: Forum mashups, closing dinner (optional departures)

• November 18th: Departures at leisure
